Terms of Service
○ Commissions are available through VGen, Kofi, email, or DMs. Feel free to contact me for any inquiries! Direct commissions are accepted via PayPal and Wise○ Please provide me with visual references and a detailed description of your character○ I will share WIPs at key stages and ask for approval before proceeding. Approved stages cannot be revised without additional fees.○ Commercial licensing fees vary depending on usage. Please specify your intended use at the time of inquiry, and pricing will be confirmed in your proposal.○ For rush orders, please state your deadline at the start of your inquiry○ I will not accept commissions with the purpose of being used as NFTs○ If you are under 18, I will NOT accept NSFW-themed commissions○ Unless discussed otherwise, I have the right to use your commission for portfolio use and self-promotion as well as to stream the process of your art○ I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission request○ If you have any questions during the process or at the end of it, do not hesitate to ask me○ Clients may not use commissioned work (in part or in full) to train, prompt, or generate content through AI tools of any kind, even after ownership or usage rights are transferred. This applies to all license tiers and has no expiration. Violation results in immediate revocation of usage rights and refusal of future services.

Payments
○ Payment is accepted via VGen, PayPal, and Wise○ Payment plans are available. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final file delivery.
Revisions
○ Up to 2 revisions included at sketch stage and 1 revision at rendering stage. Revisions requested after final approval or major change requests beyond the original brief will incur an additional fee of €10 per revision○ If there is a rare situation where something needs to be majorly revised, I will ask for a fee that accurately represents the time, skill, and resources used
Deadlines and Delivery
○ Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the commission or the number of orders I am working on○ Chibi and emote commissions can take about 1-2 weeks○ Bust, thigh up, and full body commissions can take about 2-3 weeks○ Character Sheets can take 3-5 weeks○ VTuber model illustrations can take 4-6 weeks○ PNGtuber models can take 2-3 weeks○ 3D Models can take 6-10 weeks, depending on complexity○ Animated commissions can take 4-6 weeks, depending on character complexity, number of frames, and current queue** Animation turnaround accounts for frame-by-frame drawing across all layers. Complex hair, accessories, or clothing will fall toward the longer end of the estimate.
Refunds
○ I will not issue refunds for illustration commissions once I begin drawing○ A full refund will be issued by cancellation on my part○ For 3D models and Live 2D commissions: If you choose to withdraw/cancel when 50% or more of the model has been completed, I reserve the right to keep a down payment. This is half of the total price○ I do not issue refunds based on your dissatisfaction after you've paid and approved the model. Giving me feedback is your responsibility. I will ask permission frequently to move on to the next step of my workflow
Communication
○ Please state your preferred method of communication (Email, Instagram DM, Bluesky DM, or Discord)○ WIP images and other relevant info will be discussed during the duration of your commission○ The general status of your commission will be visible on VGen
